L10001 Luna automated cell counter HOEFER:                                                                                                                                                Luna™ automated cell counter gives you the accurate live/dead cell counting results within 7 seconds. Based on the precision optical design and the new software algorithm, the cell counting accuracy is unsurpassed. Within a 5X104 ~ 1X107 cells/ml concentration range and 3 ~ 60 ㎛ cell diameter, Luna™ software accurately detects live/dead cells, and discriminates cell debris. Individual cells in cell clusters are also successfully counted by Luna’s new de-clustering algorithm.

Cell counter (Luna Automated Cell Counter): Automatized cell counter is used for quick cell counting. This is especially useful when 15-20 samples are studied at the same time. The cell counter is also able to determine the ratio of live and dead cells.

Gel electrophoresis apparatus (Mighty small II complete): The electrophoresis apparatus is used to separate proteins isolated from cell lysates by charge or size. Westernblot techniques help to study our separated protein sample lysated after cell treatment. These new treatments make possible the understand the cellular features.

Equipment for transfer (Mighty small transphor with power supply, Mighty small transphor without power supply, chamber for wet blotting): For further study of the gels the samples are transferred to membranes. Both wet and semi-dry transfers are used for our experiments. The semi-dray transfer is required for small proteins (10-75 kDa), while the wet transfer is essential for transferring large proteins (75-250 kDa).
