The continuously flow high-efficient peptide synthesizer

During our cooperation we have known to use the continuously flow high-efficient peptide synthesizer in the Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry of the University of Szeged. First we synthesized model α-peptides containing tryptophan and tyrosine, using the device. Later, the initial steps of the preparation of homooligomers from furanoid and pyranoid β-sugar amino acids, synthesizing with multistep reactions, have been achieved.
