Atomic level characterization of biological systems by solution NMR techniques
Solution state multinuclear, multidimensional, classical and fast NMR methods are used for elucidation of protein structure and dynamics, followed by mapping protein-protein interaction studies. In our present cooperations the following systems are in focus: (a) myosin coiled-coils, (b) SGCI and SPINK protease inhibitors, (c) the PAF antifungal protein family and (d) tb4 in-cell behaviour. All our gained results have an impact on understanding biological function of the given proteins.
