Small angle X-ray scattering is a powerful method for the structural studies of nanomaterials, e.g. solutions of proteins. We have previously designed and built a small angle X-ray scattering apparatus, and now we have developed the sample holder and data processing systems of this apparatus for the case of weakly scattering proteins. Further designs of the sample holder systems (sealed vessels and flow cells) are in progress.
